License Agreement
Understand your rights when purchasing and using prompts from AI Prompt Space.
License Grant & Scope
When you purchase a prompt on AI Prompt Space, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompt and any outputs it generates for personal or commercial purposes. You may modify, adapt, and integrate the prompt into your workflows, creative projects, products, and business operations without limitation.
✓Allowed Uses
You can fully use the prompt and its outputs in your work.
- Use the prompt for personal, business, or client projects.
- Generate unlimited outputs using the prompt.
- Modify or adapt the prompt to fit your style, workflow, or automation needs.
- Use outputs commercially with no attribution required.
!Restrictions
You may not treat the prompt itself as a product to resell.
- No reselling or redistribution of the original prompt or modified versions as a standalone product.
- Do not upload or publish the prompt (or substantial parts of it) in marketplaces, repositories, or public platforms.
- Do not bundle prompts into prompt packs, apps, or courses for resale.
- The license is individual and non-transferable — do not share prompts outside your organization/team or with other buyers.
Output Ownership & Reuse
You fully own the outputs you generate using the prompts (such as images, text, designs, or other media). You are free to:
- Sell, publish, or distribute the outputs.
- Use outputs in client work, branding, and commercial projects.
- Incorporate outputs into products, ads, or content.
Only the prompt itself is protected from resale or redistribution — not what you create with it.
Model Behavior & Output Variability
AI models may change over time and can behave differently depending on:
- Model version or provider (e.g., different LLMs or image models).
- Settings such as temperature, guidance, or resolution.
- Additional context, system prompts, or fine-tuning.
As a result, AI Prompt Space cannot guarantee identical outputs across different runs or providers.
Attribution
Attribution is not required when using outputs or prompts, but it's always appreciated if you choose to credit AI Prompt Space or the original creator.
