These Terms govern your use of the AI Prompt Space marketplace — whether you’re browsing, buying prompts, or selling your own creations.

AI Prompt Space is a marketplace for AI prompts and digital products. You license prompts (not own them), must follow usage rules, and are responsible for how you use AI outputs. Please read the full Terms below carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
AI Prompt Space ("we", "us", "our") operates an online marketplace for AI prompts and digital products (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying prompts, selling content, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other referenced policies.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Account – Your registered account on the platform.
- Creator – A user who uploads or sells prompts.
- Customer – A user who purchases prompts.
- Prompt – Text or instructions for generating AI outputs.
- Content – Prompts and related digital assets.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older (or legal age in your region) to use the platform.
4. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
- You must notify us of any unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Marketplace Roles
5.1 Customers
- You receive a license to use purchased prompts—not ownership.
- You must follow license rules displayed on each product page.
5.2 Creators
- You must own or have rights to everything you upload.
- You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content to operate the Marketplace.
- You must accurately describe your content and usage limitations.
6. Prompt Licenses & Usage
Unless stated otherwise, prompts are licensed as:
- Non-exclusive — many customers may license the same prompt.
- Non-transferable — you may not resell or share the raw prompt.
- Single-seat by default — for one individual unless specified.
You may use AI-generated outputs commercially, subject to:
- Any restrictions listed on the product page.
- The terms of the AI model you use.
- Applicable local laws.
You may not resell or repurpose prompts to create competing products.
7. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing and taxes are displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers.
- We do not store full payment details.
8. Refund Policy
Prompt purchases are non-refundable because digital goods cannot be returned.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:
- Duplicate purchases
- Unusable files with no fix available
- Misleading listings
9. Intellectual Property
- Creators retain ownership of their content.
- The platform design, branding, and experience belong to AI Prompt Space.
- You may not use our branding without permission.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use prompts or outputs to create:
- Harmful, hateful, or violent content
- Illegal material
- Child exploitation content
- Fraudulent or deceptive deepfakes
- Copyright-infringing material
- Malware or harmful tools
11. AI Output Disclaimer
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or unpredictable.
- You are responsible for verifying outputs before use.
- No guarantee is made regarding results or earnings.
- AI-generated outputs may vary across different AI models, versions, and engines. While all prompts are tested and optimized, results may differ for each user and platform.
- AI Prompt Space may update, improve, or modify prompts at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing the original files they purchase, as updated versions may replace earlier versions.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
To the fullest extent legally allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss or lost profits.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AI Prompt Space from claims arising from:
- Your use of the platform or prompts
- Violation of the Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
Prompt descriptions, features, or files may also be updated periodically without notice. You should download and retain copies of purchased prompts for your records.
